Mail Hosting

Our matrix of dedicated mail servers, spanning the USA and Europe, form an ETRN network where each will accept mail for your domain, almost eradicating the risk of you loosing an important message. Your mail is forwarded through our network to our server local to you, and you then use secure IMAP, POP3, SMTP or Webmail to send and receive your messages. Aggressive spam filtering, custom black-lists (updated daily) and commercial-grade virus scanning mean that you are more likely to receive only the emails you actually want than via any other email service we have tested. We also employ the latest anti-spam technology (like Sender Policy Framework and Domain Key checking) to validate the email being sent to you as originating from true domains and authorized mail servers.

Put our mail servers in front of your mail servers, and instantly add a wall of protection for your server(s). All the spam, hacker and virus protection that we use for our own mail services becomes you primary line of defense, as we collect all mail destined for your domain and perform a clean-up routine to remove almost all of the unwanted emails that you currently receive daily. Once that’s done (in seconds) the mail that you really want is delivered direct to your own mail server. And, if for any reason your own server is off-line, our servers hoard your mail and re-try delivery to you at regular intervals each hour. We’ll hold your mail for a period of seven days so that, if your own mail server goes down or you only operate it on a part-time basis, you can be sure that your important mails will still reach you, just as soon as your server is able to accept them.
